Can I change the flag of the English language to the UK flag instead of US?

Yes, you can.

Depending on whether English is your default or target language:

If English is your default language​

Click on the flag at the top of the Language page, and change it to the UK flag.

If English is your target language​

Click on the three-dot icon next to the English row, change the flag, and set it as the UK.
